Is there a warranty?

Tempdrop is covered with a 12-month manufacturer warranty as standard. An additional 12 months is available as an upgrade on Tempdrop 2.0 orders by adding the '12-months refund + extended warranty' at purchase.

If you have any problems, we will run an assessment remotely by email and if it falls under a warranty fault, we will exchange your sensor under our warranty policy.
